Mark your calendars! The New England Refreshment Service Association (NERSA) is heading to beautiful Newport, Rhode Island, for the 2027 New England Spring Meeting, taking place Thursday, June 10 through Sunday, June 13, 2027 at the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina.

This annual gathering is an opportunity for members of the New England refreshment services industry to come together, connect with colleagues, meet with suppliers, talk business, and enjoy a memorable few days in one of New England’s most popular coastal destinations.

NERSA Heads to Newport, Rhode Island

The 2027 Spring Meeting will bring the NERSA community together along Newport’s historic waterfront. With the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina serving as the host location, attendees will be right in the heart of Newport for four days of industry activities, networking, and fun.

The preliminary plans include supplier product displays and a business meeting, giving attendees opportunities to see products, exchange ideas, strengthen industry relationships, and spend valuable time with fellow NERSA members and suppliers.

But this year’s Spring Meeting won’t be all business.

Plenty to See and Do in Newport

NERSA is planning a variety of activities to help attendees make the most of their time in Rhode Island. The initial lineup includes a trolley tour, craft brewery, mansion tour, boating, shopping, the famous Cliff Walk, golf, a rail ride, bike tour, winery, comedian, and music.

With so much on the agenda, the 2027 New England Spring Meeting is shaping up to be a great combination of business, networking, relaxation, and New England fun.

Whether you’re reconnecting with longtime industry friends, meeting new people, checking out supplier products, or simply enjoying everything Newport has to offer, there will be plenty of reasons to make the trip.

Sponsorship Opportunities Are Available

NERSA is also welcoming sponsors for the 2027 New England Spring Meeting. Sponsorship opportunities range from Friend ($300) and Partner ($600) levels through Bronze ($1,000), Silver ($2,500), Gold ($5,000), and Platinum ($7,500). Sponsorship includes company name and logo signage displayed on marque boards throughout the event weekend.
